DOROS has been a Designer and Director of television commercials, corporate image and promotional films for much of his career. He is highly versed in computer animation, motion graphics, special effects, and cell animation techniques. He has designed and produced animation for music videos, such as Bob Dylan's "Joker man", a collaboration with Creative Director George Lois.
Under Doros' Direction, his studio produced various animated children's books like Zoink, The Maestro Plays, Abuela, and Tuesday for American School Publishers, Harcourt Brace, and Scholastic. Furberries is his latest fully animated 3D musical DVD which brings the toy's characters to life and is packaged with the toy. It was produced for the toy company Spinmasters. His previous 3D musical, Cupcake Cafe, breathes life into another toy, creating a symphony of characters, story and song on DVD and also accompanies the toy.
Doros has gained world wide recognition for the animated book,The Maestro Plays, for its innovative use of new digital technology and was specially selected to play at the electronic theatre at Siggraph. The original animated stories, Happy Hero and The Evil Awards, for the Cartoon Network's Web Premiere Toons, were written, produced in Flash and directed by Doros studio.
